    large screen and 5g with an 855 chip make for a good combo for a 2019

    Upgrading from a xaiomi mi5 s plus I've noticed a speed increase due to the better Snapdragon 855 chip as opposed to the 820 model on the previous phone. Slightly heavier than my mi5 s plus and a bigger screen. It being 5g ready means you can be on the newer network speeds. It's a shame to have lost the headphone jack but the supplied adapter makes up for that although now without wireless earphones you won't be able to listen to audio and charge your phone at the same time. The camera on the front can be used with a case on it as the case that I've got allows me to slide the phone without taking the phone out of its case. The phone speaker is nothing special so you won't be getting any thumping sound from it. All in all its an ok phone.
